$160 per module (normally 4 sessions), with at least a 2 month commitment

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT is a four-module treatment for intense and overwhelming emotions: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Skills.

You'll learn concrete skills to be more present, less overwhelmed and feel more in control.  We have fun together, are warm, compassionate and aim to support using these skills in your real life.

Dr. Wadhwa also enjoys a variety of roles as a consultant, creator, presenter, trainer, lecturer, radio talk show host, stress coach, yoga instructor, blogger and author.
