Diana Campbell, LCSW, RTY500

My own path has led me to study many different areas of healing, such as yoga, mindfulness, energy work, hypnosis and psychology.  In that time I came to realize how we are continuously challenged to grow and evolve, and how helpful it is to have tools to meet those challenges.

I began doing yoga and meditation many years ago and I found it so helpful in keeping me centered and relaxed, especially as a mom with three children. I wanted to teach this to others, so in the 1990s I went on to become a yoga teacher and reiki master teacher. What I have learned in working on my own issues and with others is that being able to be relaxed and present carries with it so much healing potential. You become more aware of thoughts, emotions, patterns of behavior and patterns of beliefs.

In working with clients, I use a mindfulness based approach, but also because of how important the body/mind connection is, I also work with body based therapies. These can include breath work, yoga therapy techniques, and Somatic Experiencing methods. Through seeing people from a holistic lens, including body, mind, and spirit, I hope to address most fully and comprehensively the places where you are stuck.
