The Clinical Director provides direct clinical services to clients; plans, develops, manages, and oversees the administration of clinical services at CMP; and engages in strategic planning and implementation of clinical training, meditation instruction and greater community involvement, according to CMP’s mission and vision. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced psychotherapist and clinical manager who wishes to further develop their leadership skills, is self-directed, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.


--Master’s or Doctoral degree in social work, clinical psychology, clinical counseling or marital and family therapy

--Active, unrestricted clinical license in the State of Illinois

--At least two years of full-time experience as a clinical manager or clinical director in an outpatient, intensive outpatient, residential or hospital mental health setting

--Advanced knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and theories, treatment planning, and other clinical processes related to the practice of outpatient psychotherapy --Excellent written and verbal communication skills

--Ability to interact effectively, sensitively, and professionally with clients and referral community

--High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

--Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and work autonomously to prioritize and meet deadlines

--Flexibility in responding to shifting priorities

We're hiring an independent contractor who would like to run our DBT skills group. We pay a very competetive hourly rate. The group is held in Andersonville, has been on Wednesday evenings 8-9pm (but that can be changed depending on room availability) and typically goes for an hour. Each module is divided into 4 weeks, and we accept new clients each module. Qualified candidates are licensed mental health clinicians with experience and specialized training in DBT.

Office Manager, Part-Time


Psychiatrist or Advanced Practice Nurse

Seeking a part-time Office Manager, primarily based in the Andersonville location. Flexible hours. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years past office management, billing, or customer service experience. Superb written skills and attention to detail essential. Job will include interfacing with clients, following up on billing/invoicing with clients and insurance companies, maintaining the function and comfort in our offices, and some marketing.
