Living in Your Body: A Disordered Eating Process Group

8-week group | Tuesdays from 7:00 – 8:30pm | Meeting Virtually w/Zoom | $320 for series, reduced spots available

 

This 8-week peer-to-peer processing group’s primary focus is on connecting more deeply to living in your body! Join Beth Brownfield and Melissa Mooney, clinical interns from Chicago Mindful Psychotherapy, as they lead participants through an 8-week module that uncovers new ways to cope with and dismantle diet culture, fatphobia, and disordered eating.

Each week, the group’s interactive discussions will help to build on the former week’s topic which will include inner-child work, HAES approach to health and wellbeing, and self-compassion – among others. The discussions will include sharing new resources, and accountability as tools to take with you as you continue your journey forward!

Time commitment for this group is 8 weeks; meeting weekly for 90-minutes via Zoom. This is a closed group format, which means that no drop-ins are permitted. $320/per person. REDUCED FEE SPACES ARE AVAILABLE.
