Join us as we mindfully explore the many changing ways pregnancy impacts our bodies, minds, and relationships.
This three hour experiential workshop will introduce expectant parents to the concepts of awareness, acceptance, and compassion in the context of pregnancy.
Participants will receive straightforward instruction on simple ways to practice mindfulness meditation both on and off the cushion.
These practices are grounded in neuroscience and will help foster healthy attachment between parent and child. Instruction will be mixed with discussion and time to practice what we learn with the group.
