Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 

Over 30 years of research originating at University of Massachusetts Medical School shows that training in mindfulness can positively impact:

  • Mental focus and concentration  
  • Creativity and problem solving     
  • Emotion management, and 
  • Health and resiliency  

In this class, we will learn and practice several forms of meditation, as well as integrate it into our daily lives.  

Closed group, must commit to full 8-weeks, and one full day (9-4) meditation retreat, date to be determined by the group's schedule.
