Yoga for Anxiety Relief
This group will calm your body and mind.
We will explore how the breath helps regulate the nervous system and then practice breathing techniques to lower stress response.
The practice will also include soft yoga postures coordinated with the breath (suitable for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners). And a variety of other body-based skills participants can use in everyday life to soothe anxiety.
Class will end with a mindfulness-based body scan to increase the mind-body connection and encourage deeper relaxation.
