My deep passion for being a therapist comes from the positive and inspiring results of integrating my own mindfulness practice into my clinical practice. Mindfulness teaches me to be fully engaged in whatever I am doing. When doing therapy, I am just doing therapy. That time is solely devoted to you, my client.
As your therapist I will create a comfortable and safe space, listen deeply without judgement, and be fully present for you. With humility, honesty and compassion I will help you embrace the fullness of who you are, opening new possibilities for self-discovery, empowerment, and self- creation.
It is my goal that by listening to your life’s journey and focusing on the here and now, together we can deepen your inner capacity for healing, growing, and for living a life of greater wisdom, balance and happiness.

- Expertise in life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, depression and anxiety
- Extensive experience in using mindfulness to move through illness and medical conditions
