Midday Meditation - Weekly Group

FREE | Ongoing group, drop-ins welcome | Thursdays at 12pm-1pm CT

Group led by Anuj Ansal, MA, CADC

Our group sessions will follow a structured format designed to foster a harmonious and enriching experience. Each session will begin with 20 minutes of seated meditation, allowing us to quiet the mind, settle into the present moment, and cultivate a sense of inner stillness.

Afterward, we will as a group read from Pema Chodron’s book “How to Meditate.” This book provides invaluable insights and practical guidance, serving as a powerful tool to deepen our understanding of meditation and its transformative effects.

Following the reading, we will engage in a 20-minute discussion, providing an opportunity for participants to share their experiences, insights, and questions. This dialogue will allow us to support one another, gain different perspectives, and foster a sense of community as we navigate our individual meditation journeys.

If you are interested in participating or have any questions about the group, please feel free to reply to this email or reach out to Anuj directly at aansal@cmp.email.

Group is scheduled to meet weekly at our Andersonville office location. Must be able to traverse stairs to second-floor office space. Our Midday Meditation meets in our group room on Thursdays from 12-1pm. No experience necessary. No supplies needed.

Note: Please contact Anuj to confirm group will be meeting during weeks with an observed holiday.
