Attend an in-person (or virtual) meditation group — these groups include silent, seated meditation, and often have someone who facilitates the guided meditation.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR):
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is an 8-week evidence based curriculum targeted to learn meditation strategies to reduce stress, physical pain, and emotional suffering. In this class, we will learn and practice several forms of meditation, as well as integrate new skills of stress-reduction into our daily lives.
